THE CEO'S CORNER: What’s New!

It is with a great deal of pleasure that I announce that Donald W. Strickland has been appointed as the Company’s new CEO, effective today. Don is a current member of our Board who has qualifications second to none. He has successfully led public and private companies during good times and turbulent times, maximizing shareholder value and bringing products to market. He is a creative thinker who will move the company forward in our established product lines and create new opportunities for expansion of our technology into other product lines. Most importantly, Don is a man of strong character and principles who does not compromise those beliefs on the altar of expediency. Finally, Don has the full and complete support of our CDEX Team.

In February I transition out of the other positions that I was serving in – handing them over to good and able people, Greg Firmbach as President and Carmen Conicelli as Chairman of the Board. With Don’s appointment as CEO, I can step out of the Company altogether, again.

In closing, I have been asked why I chose to invest an additional $200,000 into the Company when I knew that I would be leaving. With sales on the upswing, the success of our financial restructuring plan, a good and solid work staff, and the support of our shareholders, the Company is poised to return to the record revenues of 2007 and 2008 under the solid leadership of Don and Greg.
